The receptionists were super helpful and friendly, made check-in easy. Room was clean n comfy, tons of usb ports for charging all my gadgets. Great location for the convention center too! Valet service was a let down tho, a bummer since i needed to park my suv. I enjoyed my stay despite a couple issues.

This hotel was excellent place for exploring Philadelphia, loved it and property's very attentive staff from nite time check in to valets to morning check out. The location was particularly good for walking around an enclosed public market...

We loved stuff and location, the hotel had every detail required for our trip. The rooms with queen beds, strong shower. The venue was next to Philadelphia downtown.

The hotel is great and has top-class staff. New-fashioned rooms with multi-channel television and an electronic key card, exceptionally comfortable beds. Had marvellous location very close to conference centre, next to China Town.

The hotel was in a prime location near Market Street, with a clean and modern room that had a fridge and microwave. Really appreciated the quick responses to my inquiries before arriving and the attention to guest needs , especially from the helpful team members who assisted me.

room was spacious and beautiful. bed was comfortable and huge, pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on (I even pointed to the brand to buy ones like that). It's very clean.
Breakfast is good, but everything is made of plastic, which is horrible in a hotel of that category, in addition to the problem of waste and pollution that results from it . It cost them their lives to understand that I needed an invoice/receipt in the name of my company, I understand that this is something rare in the USA, but I don't think it was the first time that they were asked for something like this. And the worst thing of all: for 3 nights (about 380 euros), they told me that as a deposit about 70 euros, I paid all this the day of arrival. I wrote two days after leaving the hotel to find out when I would get it back, but I didn't get an answer. My surprise was when 3 days later I couldn't use my credit card because I was out of money (I use one in which I always have 200 euros in the USA in case I lose it). I called my bank and they informed me that what the hotel had done was: hold me 380+70 euros, and charge me 380 from the room. Crazy! It took 5 days since I left the hotel to return the pasture that left me without my card in the USA for several days. A shame, first that they don't warn and second that they don't deign to answer. I asked for a complaint form and it didn't come either. I don't think he will come back and I will not recommend him simply because of this fact.

I enjoyed my recent stay while exploring Philadelphia for a business trip. The breakfast was better than I expected, with a good variety of options. The location is also convenient, being a quick walk to several restaurants and local attractions. I was disappointed to find that the automatic doors were occasionally malfunctioning, requiring staff assistance.

Hotel staff took their time and gave each person undivided due time. When I had an additional question, I was more than happy to wait my turn because I knew that the staff was helping others in the manner that I was helped; furthermore, I would get that level of detailed attention when it was my turn again. Excellent restaurant suggestions! Fresh Gourmet food in Chinatown within blocks, as well as the Market for practically anything your stomach could possibly desire! The children enjoyed the indoor pool, and the "Open Hot Chocolate Bar".
Not a thing. At one point, we were waiting for the childrens' roll-away beds to be delivered to our room, after just one call to request the beds, in addition to the check-in, we were called to the desk as we returned from dinner, and given the option instead to be placed in a suite with two rooms, at no additional charge. That was very generous, and unexpected, and we did partake of their offer.

Everything. Location near the city hall, metro and shopping, cleanliness, the breakfast with hot waffles... It is not a top notch luxury hotel, but for the price you pay, it is really good.
The coffee could be better.
